MARKETING ASSISTANT

We are currently seeking a savvy marketer with heaps of enthusiasm and a passion for design.

JOB DESCRIPTION
If you are ambitious and love working in a busy environment where every day is new, then ELARA London is the place to be! You will be working with industry experts who are passionate about our brands and really know their stuff. They are focused on ensuring they deliver this knowledge to their team to support with their development with the business. Reporting to Head of Marketing

* Support with the management of print publication promotional activity (offers/advertorials)
* Co-ordinate seasonal advertising campaign roll out with external agency
* Produce seasonal marketing packs and liaise with stores/brands to supply on a seasonal basis
* Provide Retail Ops with updates on activity
* Writing copy for POS materials, producing distribution lists
* Maintain contact spreadsheet for all press and key partners
* Collate feedback from relevant teams to build reports for circulation to wider business.
* Work closely with the wider Marketing & PR team in the development and implementation of the overall Marketing calendar
* Basic understanding of media planning and buying and various channels
* Maintain and update the annual Marketing calendar (weekly)
* Circulation of Marketing reports to internal stakeholders, buying and product teams

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Good communicator across all levels and be able to present concisely and confidently
• Able to communicate a clear message through use of RI TOV across POS material, awards entries and communications.
• Able to successfully build relationships both internally and external to the business
• Able to adapt seamlessly to changes in marketing strategy and revised project timelines
• Creative and organised whilst able to multi-task across various Marketing activity
• Strong brand awareness and good knowledge of fashion and interior and trends

PR & EVENTS CO-ORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION
The PR & Events Coordinator will support and advance the mission and vision of ELARA London by overseeing public relations, media and managing the launch of our brands, products and programs. We foster an environment for continuous learners, and we take pride in our employees' eagerness to refine their skills and continually grow as professionals. Reporting to Head of Marketing

* Coordinate the launch and PR of ELARA London brands and products
* Function as liaison between ELARA London and media outlets, representing the product range of our brand
* Spread Dynamic Catholic brand through traditional and new media sources
* Work with outside vendors to manage press releases and newness
* Stay up to date on online and offline PR, media, and advertising best practices
* Coordinate marketing efforts with all communications to ensure brand clarity and awareness
* Work closely with Marketing team to maximise outreach and exposure
