DELIVERY & RETURNS

Items that you buy through elaralondon.com will have different delivery methods, times and prices, depending on the brand, product type and whether it is already manufactured or made ro order. You can find the delivery estimate on the product page. Your final shipping price will be shown at the checkout. On average, delivery is between 4-7 days, although larger items and international orders might take up to 30 days for delivery. Some orders may also be subject to custom charges.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive an email from us once your order has shipped. Occasionally, when you have ordered multiple items, your order might ship in several different packages. You will receive an email every time that a package has been sent to you with details about the items that it contains.


I received an email, but my item did not arrive, what should I do?

Please contact our Customer Service team info@elaralondon.com. Please include your name, order number, e-mail and date of purchase. 


Delayed delivery

We want you to have a great experience! We aim to meet our stated delivery times and we demand all brands hosted elaralondon.com to do the same. Unfortunately orders may sometimes be delayed for various reasons that are beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as we are aware of any possible delays on your order.


Which countries do you deliver to?

Most of our products do ship worldwide - please refer to the product page for more information about where the product ships to. In the event that a product does not ship to you but you’d really love the product - please send us an email to info@elaralondon.com and we can provide a quote to have it sent over to you.


Returns Policy

If your purchase is damaged, faulty or not as described on elaralondon.com, contact us within 14 days of delivery to begin the returns process. 

We have a 14 days full refund policy for faulty or damaged items from the day of delivery and all Elaralondon brands are obliged to follow the same policy. The item should have not been used and should be in the original packaging. You are responsible for shipping the item back to the seller. Please ensure you take photographic proof of the product damage that the product is well packaged. Any damage to the product will be at the customers risk, so we highly recommend that return shipping is sufficiently insured. You will be refunded the full order amount, without the return transportation costs.

Refunds are credited to the same card or account that was used for payment at purchase.

Our returns policy is valid for all standard items and does not apply to customised items and those that are made-to-order. To claim a return please email info@elaralondon.com within 14 days of delivery.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item you should e-mail us at info@elaralondon.com.


Faulty or Damaged Items

You must inspect the condition of your order upon delivery. If you notice that the package has some damages on the outside, we kindly ask you to notify the courier and mark it down on the delivery slip. Then proceed to notify our Customer Service according to the procedure outlined below.If an item from your order is faulty or damaged, please email Customer Service via info@elaralondon.com as soon as possible after receipt of item, but not later than 24 hours after delivery. Please include the following in your email

>> The order details: order number, your contacts and date of delivery.

>> Information about the faulty or damaged product: product name and description and what is the problem with it. Include a photo of the damaged product.

>> Let us know if you have notified the courier upon delivery that the package is damaged during transportation.

You will have to pay for the return transportation of the product, but we will reimburse you for this cost once we receive and inspect the item. In some cases we can make arrangements for a courier to collect the item directly from you.
