ORDERING

How can I place an order?

Products that can be purchased directly from elaralondon.com or from other brands hosted on elaralondon.com, have an "Add to Basket" button. When you wish to buy a product, simply click on the "Add to Basket" button and the product will be added to your shopping cart. You will then have the option to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you have completed your online order on elaralondon.com and the payment has gone through for your item(s), you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been processed and the items have shipped, you will recieve another email confirmation.


What can I do if something is wrong with my order?
